missing tags in 3.7.9 release

Issue

• By following the instruction as below to pull the containerized components using tag 3.7.9 from the documentation of Disconnected Install

• But it looks like some components do not have this tag.

For example:

# docker pull registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/efs-provisioner:v3.7.9 
Trying to pull repository registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3/efs-provisioner ... 
error parsing HTTP 404 response body: invalid character 'F' looking for beginning of value: "File not found.\""

• It should pull the image. But there is no image with this tag.
