XFS (dm-X): unknown mount option [acl]

Issue

• After upgrading to RHEL 7.4 or higher versions, the system goes into read-only mode.
• Adding the acl mount option in /etc/fstab for XFS filesystems causes the system to fail to boot or switch to read-only mode
• After upgrading to RHEL 7.4 or higher, the system is not booting if acl is explicitly mentioned in /etc/fstab
