Why RHEV Hypervisor regenerates SSH Key ?

When logged in to RHEV hypervisor using ssh it accepts the key and login is successful.

However, after rebooting the host cannot ssh, it throws below error message.
login denied, RSA host key has changed

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1
- RHEV Hypervisor - 6.3 - 20130129.0.el6_3
