Display UTC timestamp in Fuse/Karaf/A-MQ logs

Issue

Current logs for Red Hat JBoss Fuse are in local timestamp. We would like to shift to explicit (preferred) or implicit (worst case) dates and times, so that ambiguity is maintained low across time zones.

How can we display or print UTC times rather than local timestamp in Fuse/Karaf logs.
