Why do the contents in a custom DVD not shown in the installation environment of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?

Issue

  • Kickstart Installation is being done using /dev/sr0 first with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 DVD media and then it's being ejected and second DVD (custom data) is being inserted as /dev/sr0 for further actions by anaconda.
  • All contents of a custom DVD are not output in %post section of the kickstart.
  • ls command was used to list the content on the mount point for the drive with the custom DVD.
  • After installation, all contents are output with the same custom DVD.
