Maximum number of sub-directories in a single directory for Netapp NFS mounts
Issue
- What is the maximum number of sub-directories for a single directory?
- When trying to create a new directory, I see:
# mkdir test_dir
mkdir: cannot create directory `test_1': Too many links
- I can still create new files, and new directories elsewhere.
