CA certificate /etc/origin/master/ca.crt does not exist on CA host during installation of Openshift

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • After successful completion of Openshift installation pre-requisite steps , Openshift Installation fails with the following error :
CA certificate /etc/origin/master/ca.crt doesn't exist on CA host ‘nodeX’ . Apply 'openshift_ca' role to ‘nodeX’

Where nodeX is the hostname of the node

Hence, how to troubleshoot the issue.?
