Issue

After overcloud deployment, in order to make our virtual applications work we had to modify the firewall_driver to “openvswitch” manually on the compute nodes.

The original default value in [securitygroup] section of the neutron.conf was:

firewall_driver = neutron.agent.linux.iptables_firewall.OVSHybrydIptablesFirewallDriver

How to modified it to:
```
firewall_driver = openvswitch 
```
how to achieve it during initial overcloud deployment via templates.
