RHV: Failed to connect Host to Storage Pool
Issue
- Cannot activate specific Host
- When activating the host, the following is shown in RHV-M Administration Portal Events:
Host host1.example.com cannot access the Storage Domain(s) <UNKNOWN> attached to the Data Center Default. Setting Host state to Non-Operational.
