Smartstate analysis not available (grayed out) for appliance in different zone

Issue

  • Created a 2 zone deployment, UI and Worker, each with a single appliance.
  • The appliance in the Worker zone has smartstate role enabled, but the appliance in the UI zone does not.
  • If a user is logged in on the UI appliance, Smartstate Analysis option is greyed out, and user is unable to request a Smartstate analysis
