Unable to install RPM packages on Satellite server via yum

Issue

When attempting to install RPM packages via yum on our production Satellite server, we receive the following error:

No Presto metadata available for rhel-7-server-rpms
gcc-4.8.5-16.el7.x86_64.rpm    FAILED                                          
<Satellite_FQDN>/pulp/repos/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/os/Packages/gcc-4.8.5-16.el7.x86_64.rpm: [Errno 14] curl#35 - "Peer does not recognize and trust the CA that issued your certificate."
Trying other mirror.
cpp-4.8.5-16.el7.x86_64.rpm    FAILED
