Sync of package profile to a stored profile on RHN Satellite server fails with dependency errors.
Issue
On a newly installed RHEL4 system, the profile sync option (to a stored profile) on the RHN Satellite server fails with dependency error message.
Failed due to "raised dependency problems" (code 18).
