passwd: Module is unknown
Issue
- we deleted the string '$ISA' from all the lines in /etc/pam.d/system-auth, now when we try and change any users password we get the following error:
# passwd testuser
Changing password for user testuser.
passwd: Module is unknown

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.8
- x86_64
