JBCS Apache HTTP server version 2.4.23 was crashing with following messages on Windows Server 2008 R2.
[mpm_winnt: notice] [pid 5468: tid 168] AH00354: Child: Starting 150 worker threads. [mpm_winnt: warn] [pid 5468: tid 1752] (OS 64) The specified network name is no longer available. : AH00341: winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.
