Issue
- undercloud install log

- manual run that command and see:
mistral-db-manage --config-file=/etc/mistral/mistral.conf upgrade
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
- will see this in core dump. so we ran it manually.
/usr/bin/python /usr/bin/mistral-server --config-file=/etc/mistral/mistral.conf
-bash-4.2$ /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/mistral-server --config-file=/etc/mistral/mistral.conf
