The following URL is used to configure Oracle to connect to the database using the
tnsnames.orafilejdbc:oracle:thin:TNSNamesFile=/config/my/path/tnsnames.ora;TNSServerName=MYTEST.DB1 -
Connection attempts fail with the following exception
