File permission problems when creating a log file via Oracle's Data Pump program.

Issue

• File permissions problems when creating a log file using Oracle's data pump program.

• While using Oracle's data pump program to read files into the Oracle database, the program creates the log file with permission '-rw-rw----' instead of '-rw-rw-r--'. Tried changing umask value from 0000 to 0022 but didn't help.
