Cannot boot using new kernel, ERROR: /bin/lvm exited abnormally
Issue
- Can boot with the older kernel but cannot boot using new kernel
- When booted using the new kernel:

ERROR: /bin/lvm exited abnormally! (pid 575)
error 6 mounting ext3
