Why Does My Azure Dynamic Inventory Sync Use Hostname Instead of Private IP Address in Tower?

Issue

Doing inventory syncs in Ansible Tower using the Azure dynamic inventory script is only returning hostname and not private IP address.

Ansible Tower >= 2.4.5
