Issue

When a customer prints a job from the client, and printer goes offline (say lack of paper, etc) it will respawn the job over and over every few minutes. What it looks like is on the client there is one job waiting in the queue, but on each print server there are multiple jobs.
Duplicate printouts sometimes appear on printers.
CUPS print jobs re-queue after successful print and do this endlessly.
