Automatically Scaling OpenShift Nodes

Issue

• Is there a preferred or native way in OCP or CFME to scale OCP Nodes when overall utilization reaches a specific threshold?
• We are trying to plan capacity, and need a way to dynamically autoscale nodes in the platform
