After upgrading from 7.3 to 7.4, Access to IPA Web GUI fails with the error: "Runtime error,Web UI got in unrecoverable state during "profile" phase."

Issue

After upgrading from 7.3 to 7.4, Access to IPA Web GUI fails.
Upon logging into webUI, receive dialog "some operations failed". When selecting "show details", it simply states "an internal error has occurred".

After clicking OK to dismiss dialog, the following is displayed:

Runtime error
Web UI got in unrecoverable state during "profile" phase.

Following errors are seen in /var/log/httpd/error_log :

ipa: ERROR: non-public: PROTOCOL_ERROR: {'info': 'unsupported extended operation', 'desc': 'Protocol error'}
