ERROR: null value in column "agent_user" violates not-null constraint
Issue
Upgrading from RHEV 3.5 to 3.6 results in:
[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Command '/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/schema.sh' failed to execute.
The log file (/var/log/ovirt-engine/setup/ovirt-engine-setup-yyyymmddhhmmss-xxxxxx.log) contains:
psql:/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/upgrade/03_06_0620_create_fence_agents_table.sql:60: ERROR: null value in column "agent_user" violates not-null constraint.
