Issue

• Non admin user is unable to edit own account and assign Organizations and Locations to themselves .

• When non admin user go to Satellite WebUI --> My Account --> assign Organizations and Locations --> Submit . No errors are reported but when navigate back to the Organization --> Manage Organization or Locations --> Manage Locations, the changes does not persist.

• On Satellite Server, non admin user with below permissions:

Location : assign_locations, destroy_locations, edit_locations, create_locations, view_locations

Organization : Edit Organization,assign_organizations, destroy_organizations, edit_organizations, create_organizations, view_organizations

go ahead and add a new Organization and Location then the changes are not reflected in his account.
