PersistentVolume in v1 cannot be handled as a PersistentVolume on Openshift Container Platform 3
Issue
When creating a pv volume:
# oc create -f pv-114.yaml
error when creating "pv-114.yaml": PersistentVolume in version "v1" cannot be handled as a PersistentVolume: [pos 261]: json: expect char '"' but got char '5'
