HornetQ file system recommendations for JBoss EAP 6
Issue
- We will be using the Veritas File System (VxFS) created on SAN storage. Is there any recommended settings for tuning FS parameters for this scenario?
- What file-system is recommended for live/backup configuration?
- The Administration and Configuration Guide says:
HornetQ supports two different configurations for shared stores:
GFS2 on a SAN, using the ASYNCIO journal type.
NFSv4, using either the ASYNCIO or NIO journal type.
Is it possible to use VeritasFS instead of these?
