Remove Compute Node from Heat-Stack once you have physically removed the Server from the Enironment

Issue

• Overcloud Creation was successful.
• Faulty Compute Node has been Physically Removed from the Environment but no action was taken from the Director prior to removal of Compute Node
• The Compute node still shows in the Director under ironic node-list, nova list when stackrc is sourced
• The Compute node on deletion Gives the following error
  "Two objects are equal when all of the attributes are equal, if you want to identify whether two objects are same one with same id, please use is_same_obj() function"
