RHEV: VM automatically restarting when shut down manually from the guest OS

Issue

When a virtual machine (VM) that is configured as high available is started by "run once" functionality and it is shutdowned manually from the guest OS. The VM is wrongly detected as crashed and it is automatically restarted by the RHEV manager.
