How to bind mount "/var/lib/pulp" directory to other directory with more space.

Issue

• Don't have enough space in "/var" directory for large contents.
• Symbolic link "/var/lib/pulp" directory doesn't work and failed with the following error when yum installing rpms on client

[Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found
