Issue
- GFS1 error after storage extension:
attempt to access beyond end of device
- GFS or GFS2 file system withdrawls after extending a logical volume
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 with the Resilient Storage Add On, prior to Update 5
- lvm2-cluster prior to release 2.02.56-7.el5
