Cannot ping from virtual machine after real server rebooted

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

After real server rebooted cannot ping from virtual machine.

The scenario was,

real server can ssh to and ping VM (192.168.122.2)
VM can ping real server (192.168.122.1)
VM cannot ping other IPs
VM can ssh to 192.168.122.1, but nowhere else
VM cannot send mail to any where.

VM uses virbr0 as the network bridge. Virtual machine worked fine - could ping anywhere. But after rebooted - the hosting center got power failure, if it ping to any hostname, it only gets the IP (DNS reslove OK), but no response.
