Make HTTP Port to Open After Application Startup in Apache Tomcat 7 or 8
Issue
- When starting the Tomcat instance, it immediately accepted the request from load balancer and hold the request and process the request once the application is started.
- How to make HTTP port to open after application startup only, so that requests shouldn't reach Tomcat during boot.
