Web subsystem of deployed WAR is not discovered by JBoss ON agent when AS is running in domain mode

Issue

  • User-interface (UI) does not show web subsystem of deployed WAR files in domain server
  • Where can I configure and view the response time metrics for a JBoss EAP 6 server that runs in domain mode?

  • The last element does not have the Web child element:

    - JBossAS7 Host Controllers
+-- EAP Domain Controller
    +-- ServerGroups
        +-- main-server-group
            +-- Deployments
                 +-- jboss-as-helloworld.war

  • I do not know where I can configure the response time log file and view the response time metrics.

Environment

  • JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1.2
  • JBoss Application Server (AS) 7 plug-in for JBoss ON
  • JBoss application server running in domain mode - host controller plus one or more managed servers
