No more files could be created after the file system was enlarged

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Some files systems were having space problems and these were resized.
    The files system were EXT4 and in the logs we could see these messages:

 Jan 31 16:43:37 server kernel: EXT4-fs: 0 scanned, 0 found
 Jan 31 16:43:37 server kernel: EXT4-fs: groups: 
 Jan 31 16:43:37 server kernel: 119: 32255/0 
 Jan 31 16:43:37 server kernel: 120: 32255/0 

After this, the file system could not be used correctly and no more files could be created.
