RHEV: Why am I getting "Unexpected Create Error" followed by "Cannot start VM. VM is already running" on run vm attempt

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • "Unexpected Create Error" followed by "Cannot start VM. VM is already running" error occur while trying to start a VM from the Admin Portal.

  • vm "virtual guest name" running in db and not running in vds - add to rerun treatment. vds "hypervisor domain"
