SCP runs slowly compared to another identical server

Issue

• When running scp transfer tests, three servers are showing slower performance than one particular server.
  All servers are identical in:
  • hardware
  • bios
  • kernel
  • drivers

The first example: is showing on 9.3Mb/s when transferring from one server to another.
