Controller is in state "deploy failed" although it has been successfully deployed months ago

Issue

• When adding new computes an error is thrown when executing openstack overcloud deploy --templates -e ...

  Error: only X of U requested ironic nodes are tagged to profile None (for flavor baremetal)
  Recommendation: tag more nodes using ironic node-update <NODE ID> replace properties/capabilities=profile:None,boot_option:local
  Configuration has 1 errors, fix them before proceeding. Ignoring these errors is likely to lead to a failed deploy.
  

• Trying without adding new nodes makes command to also complain.
