Unable to delete system profile from Satellite

Issue

Attempting to remove system profile from the Satellite UI shows:

"System profile xxxxxx could not be deleted. Check cobbler service."

Checking the UI at "Admin > Task Engine Status", both "Cobbler Sync" and "Kickstart Sync" are seen as failed.
