Unable to open variable assignments screen in full screen mode in BPM Suite 6.4.x

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite (BPMS) 6.4.x

Issue

  1. Open business process in business central;
  2. On the editor toolbar, click on the icon "Show in full screen mode";
  3. Click on user task;
  4. Click on the Assignment field at menu in the right side; Nothing will happen - , a pop up should have appeared;
  5. if you press "esc", you will leave full screen and be able to see the pop up.

Resolution

A workaround would be to exit Full Screen mode.

Root Cause

The issue has been reported in RHBPMS-4705 and should be fixed in a future release.
