opening nfs file fails due to NFS4ERR_DELAY nfs error
Issue
- An attempt to open an NFS file which already exists can sometimes randomly fail
- An attempt to open an NFS file fails when the
GETATTRportion of the compound open operation fails. - Our Websphere MQ application reports the following error.
'20 - Not a directory' from open
