Attempting to update my hypervisors via GUI fails without error
Issue
- I have put my RHV4.0 hypervisor into maintenance and clicked the 'Upgrade' button.
- After reboot and re-activation, hypervisor comes up fine, but the old image is still in use
- When I run
imgbase check, I see the following output:

Thin storage ... FAILED - It looks like the LVM layout is not correct. The reason could be an incorrect installation.
