Receiving PSQLException "The column index is out of range" while starting JBoss EAP 4.3
Issue
If there are records in JBM_MSG and JBM_MSG_REF when the server starts this error results:
com.example.util.PSQLException: The column index is out of range: 4, number of columns: 3
