[Satellite 6] - Puppet environment reverted to "production" environment on WebUI after running "puppet agent -t" command on host.

Issue

Puppet environment reverted to production environment on WebUI after running puppet agent -t command on host.
After running puppet agent -t command on the host, puppet environment reverted back to production on Red Hat Satellite 6 WebUI . Manually changing the environment from WebUI does not help since the next puppet run on the host again reverts it back to production.
