Adding host to engine failed at first time but host was auto recovered after several mins in RHV 4

Issue

After installing a RHV-H 4.1 and rebooted RHV-H. After that when adding RHV-H to engine it failed at first time but RHV-H was autorecovered after several mins and status up on RHV-M side

Environment
