Why host is flipping between connecting, non responsive , up status with timeout error for HostDevListByCapsVDSCommand
Issue
- Host is unstable in the RHV-M and status is changing between connecting, non responsive, initializing and up.
- Engine logs shows timeout error for
HostDevListByCapsVDSCommand. vdsClient -s 0 hostdevListByCapshangs for 2 to 3 minutes and then it failed with errorConnection to localhost:54321 refused.- All other vdsm commands like
getcapabilities, getallvmstatsetc. works fine without any issue.

- Red Hat Virtualization 4.0.
