How do I upload a file in an EAP 6/7.0 web application?

Issue

  • I cannot upload a file in EAP 6 on RHEL using Spring's org.springframework.web.multipart.MultipartFile, as I get errors like:

    java.io.FileNotFoundException: $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/tmp/work/jboss.web/default-host/FileUploadIssue/upload__6e0c3623_15aaf67e3ad__8000_00000001.tmp (No such file or directory)

  • Is there another way to upload a file using RestEasy?
