What endpoint connectors are necessary and which should be removed for a JDG server configuration?

- should I remove endpoints from the configuration if I'm not sure whether it's used?
- what is the purpose of having different endpoints?
- Is it a security risk to have configured (default) endpoints in my JDG server configuration?
