Unable to query beyond 2012 in a CA Agent and EE pages of Red Hat Certificate System 8

Issue

• I cannot make certificate searches in the certificate Authority / CA in the EE and agent services that are beyond the year 2012. A user logs into the CA EE page and clicks "Search Certificates". All of the data drop down fields contains values from 1997 to 2012.
• Users are unable to search for any activity beyond the 12-31-2012 time frame. This same situation also occurs on the CA Agent service.
• In the Certificate Authority Agent page -> Search for Certificates -> All of the start and end date only goes up to maximum year of 2012.
