Issue

The warref protcol can be used to convert a WAR into an OSGi bundle using instructions specified in a .bnd file. If the .bnd is not configured properly, undesirable results may occur.

Why are ! statements being ignored in my .bnd configuration file?
Using the warref protocol, I am unable to get the proper imports set in the MANIFEST.MF
