sudo does not honor sudoers_base directive in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5
Issue
- Option sudoers_base in
/etc/ldap.confnot working - Upgraded several servers from 5.4 to 5.5 and sudoers_base in
/etc/ldap.confstopped working. -
When trying to obtain sudo permission from the ldap server it gives the following error message:
<USERNAME> is not in the sudoers file. this incident will be reported

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5
- sudo-1.7.2p1-5.el5
